This is part one of a five part grant writing series.
Organizations can enhance their ability to successfully and almost painlessly apply for a grant when they take the time to prepare before beginning. This 90-minute online training will detail the important components an organization should consider and complete before stepping into the grant arena. Participants will explore finding the right grant, determine how much to request, identify a comprehensive grant team, and prepare ahead of time various documents that are included in most grant applications.
Pre-work: To access participants existing knowledge about grant terminology, participants will be emailed an activity to complete before the session and bring with them to class.
Post-work: As a follow-up to the sessions, participants will be given a checklist of activities to ensure they are grant-ready.
This training will be held on the GoToTraining platform. A link will be provided and a second registration required.
